OPTION NONE 101

1/ What is Option None?

By default, Option None is displayed in the optional components of the composite products. It denotes that the current component is not selected and can/will be removed from the order.

2/ How to display Option None for required products?

It is possible to display Option None even for required components. Navigate to WPClever >> Composite Products and enable the “Show “Option none” for required component” option.

3/ How to change the image of Option None?

By default, Option None shows the placeholder image that you have configured under WooCommerce >> Products >> Placeholder image. You can change this default placeholder from there.

 

If you don’t like the placeholder, you can choose to display the main product’s featured image like this:

 

or upload your own custom image like this:

 

4/ Replace Option None with checkboxes

You can replace Option None with the checkboxes, which allows buyers to choose which to place on their order by checking the boxes.

 

To customize the texts for option None, users can find the boxes in the Localization tab >> General section:

To check by default all checkboxes, choose Yes for the below Check by default option in the plugin setting (version 6.2.0 or later only):
