Question 8: I’ve already set up discounts for bundles, so how do I exclude bundles from coupon applications?
Answer: By default, coupons are still applicable to product bundles (thus, no restrictions on coupons). You can go to WPClever >> Product Bundles >> in the “Coupon Restrictions” option, choose a suitable one that suits your need:
- Exclude bundles: Auto-priced bundles will still accept coupons. Individual products are applicable to coupons but not when they are purchased altogether as a bundle.
- Exclude bundled products: Manually priced bundles will still accept coupons. Individual products are NOT applicable to coupons when they are purchased as individual items, not part of a bundle.
For both these options, the fixed cart amount coupon type is still applicable.
If you want to completely exempt both bundles and bundled products from coupon applications, please choose the last option “Exclude both bundles and bundled products”.
